Rates
- $600 per night for up to 6 guests.
- $25 per additional guest per night.
- Cleaning fee: $150
- Pet fee: $35
- Local sales tax: 7.85%
Policies
- Guests 25 & over and children are welcome.
- 3 night minimum.
- Pets upon approval
- This is a non-smoking vacation home.
- 50% deposit required to reserve the home.
- Balance Due 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellations
- Refunds less than 60 days prior are based upon the re-rental of property.
- Refund in full if canceled more than 60 days before arrival.
